You can pay your rent with the Tenantplus+ System. To do so you will need to notify your manager of your desire to pay by internet. Your manager will issue you a property identification code, and you then can log onto the system and make your payment easily from the convenience of your own home.

If you have an agreement with your manager to use paypal, follow the steps below.

If you don't have a Pay Pal Account. ..

you will need set one up first. To Sign up, click the sign up button below and follow the easy instructions.

 

 

If you have your account Great!

To make a rent payment, click on the Pay Now button below. When prompted, enter the payment, quantity 1.

In the log in area, enter your email used to create your account and password.

 

It's that Easy!

You will receive an email confirmation of your payment, and a confirmation from us within 48 hours of receipt. Your rent payment will be posted as of the date it is sent to Pay Pal.
